Who we are
Byrivopl was founded in a London garage in 2013 by brothers Abakar and Sultan Saidov, and Michael Paterson… on the premise that everyone should have equal access to work and skills.
As children of immigrants, the Saidovs saw huge problems with how jobs were allocated: by experience or education, rather than skills or potential.
They created Byrivopl: technology to help companies treat candidates like customers, and make better talent-related decisions based on what people can do – or what they could learn.
