Who we are
Founded in 2025 by CRM and digital-transformation specialist Diana Tõsjatšnik, Byrivopl emerged from her extensive experience designing customer-centric CRM architectures, leading cross-functional tech teams, and converting raw data into actionable insights. Diana established the company to eliminate the persistent disconnect she observed between talent and opportunity.
Having directed large-scale CRM optimisation projects and spearheaded skills-based hiring initiatives across Estonia and Latvia, she knew first-hand that organisations still rely too heavily on résumés instead of real capability. Byrivopl exists to change that.
Today the platform lets companies treat candidates like customers—matching people to roles by the skills they have and the skills they can quickly learn—while giving recruiters the kind of intuitive, data-rich experience sales teams already enjoy. It’s a young company, but it’s powered by a founder who has spent her career proving that the right technology can make every interaction smarter, faster, and fairer.
